Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a high energy, low impact class that combines cardio tracks and strength training exercises that work the entire body. Created to focus on both cardiovascular endurance and building muscle in order to keep the body healthy and thriving.

Barre

A more athletic approach to the traditional barre class, incorporating dynamic combinations and functional movements that build endurance as well as strengthen through the body. This mindfully intense class, set to motivating music, keeps participants engaged and class fun!

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a yoga-infused workout with vinyasa flows, cardio surges, and sculpting work designed to incinerate calories, build endurance, and promote mindfulness. This is a total body workout that allows space for almost everyone to dial up their intensity, or turn it down based on individual needs.

Restore

Restore is a restorative class designed to help you reset and recharge your body and mind. This class focuses on dynamic stretches and gentle movement followed by myofascial release techniques using the foam roller and finishing with static stretches and meditation. Restore is perfect for those looking to balance their balance their exercise regimen by resetting the body on the mat.

Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt class focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body with exercises that target the core as well as the arms and legs. The benefits are plentiful and include improved posture, flexibility and balance as well as a strong body from head to toe. With the ability to increase intensity or modify the exercise, this class is for all levels.

Yoga

Our Yoga class offers a traditional practice that helps to increase flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. This class caters to various skill levels, as our experienced instructors guide you through a series of poses designed to improve your balance, posture, and overall well-being. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, our yoga class provides a nurturing environment for your practice.
